1. How do I change REGISTER NOW on the front end to BUY NOW
2. Is it possible to disable how many tickets are left on the front end?

You can create a Custom Functions Plugin and add this function to it:

2. Is it possible to disable how many tickets are left on the front end?
There is an option for that within:
Event Espresso -> Events -> Templates -> Ticket Selector Template Settings -> Show Ticket Sale Info.
Set that to no and refresh the ticket selector.
