Disconnecting and reconnecting Stripe seemed to have done the trick.
I did disconnect Stripe from our dev site recently when this started but it is a separate install.. That’s the only thing I can think of that may have started this.
If you keep running into this we can investigate further, I the oAuth keys should renew automatically in the background.
