A couple of users reporting an issue with CC payment

Hello,

We’ve had a couple of people report issues with the CC payment option.

From the looks of error, it seems connected with your payment provider. What payment method are you using? Are you using stripe?

Can you also check your payment provider and check if you have any problem with your account?

Is the payment provider connected to different website or platform?

Yes, we are using Stripe.

Nothing has been touched on the website end. Still connected to our Stripe account.

I’ve asked our Finance team to check on the Stripe end.

Hi there,

You need to reconnect with Stripe, the connection between the 2 has been revoked.

Have you connected another site using Event Espresso to that same account? Sating/development for example?

Just go to Event Espresso -> Payment Methods -> Stripe.

Click disconnect, wait a few seconds and then reconnect with the Stripe account again.

That should fix the above.

Disconnecting and reconnecting Stripe seemed to have done the trick.

I did disconnect Stripe from our dev site recently when this started but it is a separate install.. That’s the only thing I can think of that may have started this.

Hmm strange.

If you keep running into this we can investigate further, I the oAuth keys should renew automatically in the background.
