A 404 error is received when trying to access the checkout page

I need help. My customers are receiving 404 error messages when trying the access the checkout page. This is not isolated, it’s happening for all ticket sales. Any advise provided will be appreciated.

Hi Tony, I went to the link provided and saw a page marked as “Registration Page”. No other text was provided.

Edit the page (you can see the admin bar at the top of the page yes?, click Edit Page).

Make sure the page is publicly published.

It has either been trashed or set to private. Logged out users can’t even view the page, only logged in admins can.

Strange, that page isn’t public.

No code is showing, only empty text boxes for “Header and body script.

I don’t follow this, can you add a screenshot showing what you can see, please?

Ahh being in is similar Draft in terms of front behaviour 🙂
