Critical Pages all with visibility problem, shortcode ok. Reset permalinks. Over my pay grade now. Please help. |
Hi Dawn, I’m sorry for the trouble you are having. Let’s start with the Critical Pages area, since we know there is a problem there. Can you check that there is a page for each of the items there: Registration Checkout, Transactions, Thank You, and Cancel/Return? Then, make sure those pages have the appropriate shortcodes on then, and that you have selected the correct page from the dropdown on the Critical Pages tab. Does that help? Let me know if you are still having issues. |

All 4 present and named appropriately as you listed. All directed to correct page. We had the same event last year. Still in the listing of events, but listed as inactive. Could this be a part of the issue? |
Hi Dawn, could you ensure that your software is up to date? https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ee4-changelog/ Next, refreshing your permalinks should restore those links. Have you recently installed any new plugins or recently changed themes? — |

Lorenzo, saw your previous posts on this. Software update to date, refreshed perma links like you indicated with wp-settings-permalinks-postname-save. no theme changes. new envato toolkit. other plug ins updated with assistance from BlueH |
Hi Dawn, if this was working before and stopped working, then another plugin may be interfering. Have you tried temporarily deactivating all plugins and reactivating Event Espresso and then refreshing permalinks? — |
|

Error remains. Could not view page at all with only ee active and permalink refreshed. Reactivated all, refreshed, still 404. |
Hello, Could you please create a temporary WordPress admin login so we can take a closer look at this issue? Please share that temporary login through the secure link below: To prevent delays in troubleshooting, be sure to double check your information on the form before submitting. The submit button for the form appears at the end of the form. Again, please ensure that the temporary login works. Thank you. — |

We were able to fix it. Found those four critical pages were not published but was a bit hard to find where to publish. Dug and found it. THanks! |

Hi, Glad you got it resolved. Is there anything else we can assist with regarding this topic, or may we mark it as resolved? |
