I am getting a 404 error for all events–I see that this has been a problem for others, and I have already tried deactivating and reactivating EE4 as well as refreshing my permalinks. Any other suggestions? We have not had any EE4 or WordPress updates since it was last working. |
You could check with your host to see if anyone has made any edits to the .htaccess file. Also, if there are any Redirection/SEO plugins active, they may have added a redirect for URLs with /events/ in them. |

Thank you! |
You’re welcome. We’re you able to find out what happened? It looks like the url for the event list is returning a PHP error, so if you have a developer making changes to the site, maybe they can check the PHP error log? |

Hi. We have the same issue here with sold out events Please advise a solution. Only sold out events are getting 404s. Clicking Publish in admin doesn’t change anything. Admin event just shows puiblish button again. There hasn’t been any adjustments to htaccess or scripting changes. Other events are working fine. Heres a list of plugins |
Hi there, The Publish button in the editor of the sold out event is working as expected, but it’s not expected for those sold out events to show a 404 page. If you temporarily switch to another WordPress theme by using the theme test drive plugin are the sold out events allowed to display? |
