Hi,
After clicking submit on event registration, i get “404” error.

This is new install of plugin, on existing site.

– Updated permalinks

Registration page:
http://dio.fi/ilmoittaudutapahtumaan/?ee=3

– WordPress version 3.9.1
– EventEspresso version 3.1.36.5.P
– Genesis 2.0.2 framework

Any ideas?

Hi,

Can you go to Event Espresso -> System Status.

Check under Registration Pages that all the URL’s are green.

Are any errors/warnings shown on that page?

Can you also tell me what shortcode is currently in use within this page:

Hi,
Thanks for fast response.

“Check under Registration Pages that all the URL’s are green”
– Yes, all green.

“Can you also tell me what shortcode is currently in use within this page:”
– Shortcode used is: [ESPRESSO_EVENTS]

But there is one error on “PHP sessions” section:

Warning: is_dir(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/var/lib/php5) is not within the allowed path(s): (/dio.fi/httpsdocs/:/tmp/) in wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/includes/espresso-admin-status.php on line 295
/var/lib/php5 does not exist – contact your host to resolve the problem.

Thank you for letting us know.

I’ll issue a ticket report this conflict.

The error about, you will need to contact your host to fix. If you include the full error (I’ve remove your server details from the one in this thread) they should be able to resolve that for you.
