Can you add more details on this, please? The support token shows on your account page, clicking the link there takes you to a page to submit your credentials to use so we can take a look.

Our organization purchased Event Espresso 4 Everything in July 2022. EE4 shows that the Multi Event add on is included in our original purchase.
Yes, the issue was related to issues mentioned in our other thread.
We continued to experiencing technical difficulties and had to delay our event twice—this is not good for business. Thankfully, we found a way and were reluctantly forced to purchase the Multi Event add-on especially since the add-on was part of our original EE4 Everything purchase.
Please reimburse us for $249.90 for purchasing the Multi Event Add-on. Also, please remove the recurring renewal price. What is the best method to ensure we receive reimbursement?
Suggestion: Please allow customers to discuss verbally discuss issues/problems instead of waiting such a long time to receive responses and solutions.
