For some reason we have 2 payments registered as pending on the attendees registration list, but 2checkout has actually taken payment, but it’s obviously not fed back to EE.
2CO have insisted there is no issue at their end, and it must be an EE issue.
You can check to see if there’s a way to resend the Instant payment notification. While there may be no issue at 2Checkout’s end that does necessarily not mean it’s an EE issue. There’s a network that connects the two and there may have been a number of things that happened at the time that 2Checkout sent the payment notification that led to your site not receiving it.
