Hoping to get an idea of where the failure is occurring. The setup at Intuit is quite complicated. A step by step guide would be most appreciated. Thanks

We have not received any response for our support post.
We are stuck and cannot proceed with the product we have purchased from you without at least some basic help. Please advise.

Hello, Milan,

Sorry for the late response.

Well, it looks like some of your settings aren’t set up correctly as it is failing to authorise, so basically you can’t log in as your details are wrong.

Have you check the help section in the Payment Settings? It provides a step by step guide to configuring the gateway – http://d.pr/i/A2lh

Thanks for your response! I went through the process in your screenshot again, generated a new connection ticket which I pasted into QuickBooks Connection Ticket and a new test transaction worked! In looking back, I see my error might have been in checking “Use PTC (Development) Server” when generating the initial connection ticket. Thanks again!
