Hi, we are having trouble with QuickBooks Mechant Services Settings. Hello, Milan, Sorry for the late response. Well, it looks like some of your settings aren’t set up correctly as it is failing to authorise, so basically you can’t log in as your details are wrong. Thanks for your response! I went through the process in your screenshot again, generated a new connection ticket which I pasted into QuickBooks Connection Ticket and a new test transaction worked! In looking back, I see my error might have been in checking “Use PTC (Development) Server” when generating the initial connection ticket. Thanks again! |
