Greetings,
Our Edit Event URL automatically populates with https://texasbasketweavers.com/event-list/
This URL works for all but 2 of our events.
The URL for these 2 events appears as https://texasbasketweavers.com/events/. And gives the ‘Oops, this page could not be found error.’
I followed your instruction to Go to Event Espresso -> Events -> Templates. Within that section you’ll find an ‘Event slug’ option. This is I found our URL https://texasbasketweavers.com/event-list/. We did not change this URL from the https://texasbasketweavers.com/events/.
I followed the instructions: When you change the slug you’ll need to flush permalinks. So set the slug to ‘something other than events’ and then go to Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks, don’t change anything and just hit save.
I then tested the link and it continues to give the ‘Oops, this page could not be found error.’
We prefer to use the updated URL that is currently on the site.
Please help me get out of the continued cycle of receiving the same errors. Please advise how I change the ‘events’ in the URL to ‘event-list’ and have it perform as it does for the rest of our events.
Thank you

By default, the slug is “events” so you can access all list by going to your domain+”/events”. But if you update the slug to “event-list” then event list will be https://texasbasketweavers.com/event-list/
