Hey,

I have an event that has 137 attendees booked but your system will only let me see 67 of those bookings inside.
The excel export does contain everyone but I cannot access them inside the system.

Just to confirm it is set to retrieve all rows from the database at a time and it is set to show 100 entries – there should be two pages as it is 137 but there is only 1 page with only 67.

Screenshots showing the two numbers:

Please advise. This has caused major operational problems for me for this very important event.

Hi,

Can you check the Live Search to make sure it is empty.

Also you can change the filter to ALL and click the Filter Status button.

Hi,

Live search is empty and the filter is set to all.
The same issue exists.

Thanks

Hi,

Could you temporarily deactivate all plugins and reactivate Event Espresso?

Then go back to the Attendee records page and try loading the additional attendees.

Do they all load?

Be sure to restore your plugins after running this test.

Hey,

I did that and it still shows only 67 entries.

I disabled all other plugins and reactivated Espresso but same issue persists.

Please advise.

Is each registration only a single registration or do you have group bookings?

Mostly single registrations but there are a few group bookings

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level and FTP details are appreciated.

Also can we get permission to install a plugin temporarily – the Adminer plugin – which will allow us to inspect the database. No modifications will be made to the database.
