Question 1:
I setup my event here:

Payment connection is stripe
We made a test registration with payment. We got no errors but the payment did not go to stripe and the registration shows as not paid/abandoned cart

I connected to stripe via the connect stripe button in the stripe section

Please help as we need to release this ASAP

Question 2:
We would like to have a discount pricing for the first 25 registrations – is that possible?

Question 2:
We would like to have a discount pricing for the first 25 registrations – is that possible?

Currently you can do that with an additional ticket, however the change over between the discounted ticket and the normal ticket would need to be done manually.

So you could have an ‘Early Bird’ ticket @ $10 with a qty of 25
Then a ‘Normal’ ticket @ $20 with a higher qty.

However, currently, we don’t have an option to show the early bird ticket until the 25 are sold and then show the Normal ticket, so that needs to be done manually.
