Limit some tickets for total that can be purchased

We have an event where Vendors sponsor certain speakers and that allows them to have a private luncheon with them. Within our Vendor registrations, we have 6 tickets available and the first four tickets should be limited to 1 purchase and then that ticket should either expire or no longer be available. How would I do this?

Hi, Event Espresso 4 does not have a reserve option for tickets. However, if these are complimentary tickets for partners, then there is another way to handle this:

It seems odd that you can’t restrict the number of tickets that be purchased. What if the room only holds 50 people and 120 people register for the ticket? Each ticket does have a price attached to it, so it’s not complimentary.

Hi,

In this case, you would be withholding those ticket quantities from the tickets that are available on the front-end and then making those available for the partner-only tickets.

Did you have a look at the idea that I shared?

It may not work for you but I thought I’d share since it is the closest workaround available at this time.
