The registrant are green (I approved when they paid at the office) but the price is still red:

Hi,

There are some extra columns in that screenshot.

What version of Event Espresso are you currently running and what page is the screenshot from?

The page is the overview registrations of the event!

Did you apply a payment to those registrations?

Hi Riccardo,

Although you are manually Approving the ‘Registration’ the Transaction needs a payment to be applied.

For example here is a pending payment registration for to attendees – http://take.ms/9esz5

So if you view the Registration, you’ll also be able view the Transaction from there – http://take.ms/nl3fY

Clicking that button load the transaction associated with that registration. If you have received payment you’ll need to apply that payment here clicking the ‘Apply Payment’ – http://take.ms/JzF97

Enter the payment details and select the Registration status that should then be set. Here is an example of a cash payment being made, which will then also set the registration status to approved – http://take.ms/INWqq

The registration is now approved and payment has been Complete – http://take.ms/5gLV7
