Does the Decaf version have reCaptcha?

I can’t spot the option under Registration Form for the Decaf version I just installed. 4.7.12.decaf

Raw System Data from the System Information suggests it could be there, but I can’t find a way via the interface.

ReCaptcha and the Bot Trap is in the Regular version. Here is a screenshot, sorry its so small:
