I am having trouble exporting CSV registration files. It does not continue to download a file but instead go to a code page (images):

Hi,

Those image do not load for us. Can you add them to an alternative storage site?

Hi,

Another problem occurred while trying to solve this. I moved the site from a demo domain/host to the actual domain/host. But now the the registration form page is missing. After selecting the event, the registration form does not appear at all.

Has this happened before? How to solve this? Did i accident turn off something that the registration form could disappear. The events are connected to the forms and the registration form is there in the backend.

The demo site is running fine, but the actual one does not. Is this to do with running on both demo and actual sites?

Hi,

Could you tell us how you migrated from one site to another?

Did you export the database or was a tool like BackupBuddy or Duplicator used?

Hello,

I dumped the SQL from phpmyadmin

When I did it some information such as the messages did not come with. And now the registration form is gone from frontend.

Thank you.

Hi, was that the entire database?

Events and venues are stored in native WP tables such as wp_posts with supporting information in the wp_esp_ tables.

If you only exported the wp_esp_ tables, then that could explain why some of your information is missing.

A tool like WP Migrate DB or Duplicator or Backup Buddy can help you move over the entire site.

Thank you Lorenzo,

Duplicator worked. We are trying to find a way to custom the invoice PDF but cannot find the file to do it. We wish to cut it short, removing fields such as birthday and other questions and leaving only Name, Reg Code, and phone number. How do we go about this?

Please advice. Thank you.

Hi,

The files that represent the invoice/receipt are found here:
