Hello,
We purchased a business license. It is activated on the actual main site. We recently installed a development site to experiment with new things before adding to the actual main site. Can we activate the same license on the development site too?
Also, just to check, is our purchase also entitled to a copy of EE 4, as seen here under the “add-on included”tab?

Hi,
We don’t recommend using the licences on development sites, plus if the licence has been activated on the live site it won’t activate elsewhere (each key is for one licence).
It doesn’t stop you from adding Event Espresso to your development site, it just means you will need to update the plugin manually.
Yes EE3 licence holders are currently provided with EE4 as well, please see your account page, the downloads section, the EE4 tab.
