Could you please reset the key again.. Can you let me know if this could be because I have purchased a number of licenses under our company for clients. Each license is used on a clients domain so there shouldnt be any conflict. Can you reset again and let me know if I need to do anything to stop this from happening?
It shouldn’t be as a result of multiple licences, it’s something that has been plaguing us for a while. We thought we had it completely resolved but perhaps not. We have however reduced or completely stopped the issue for the vast majority of people out there.
