Hello guys I understand I have the advantage to do updates of the plugins because I have purchased the business license; but when I go to my wp dashboard it won’t let me do updates. IN fact I get this message on the top of the wp window
“You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.
I believe I only have one domain too. http://www.kidscollegeqld.com.au

Hi,
I have reset the licence key, please go to General Settings, remove the key (cut it) and save the options, then re-add the key and re-save.
Prior to this make sure the key is not in use on other sites including development sites.
If the reset doesn’t resolve the message in 24 hours please advise.
