Hi

I am seeing a message on WP admin pages:

You have the correct Site License Key for Espresso Members but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

I do have the correct key from what I can from my account page. Looks like this needs to be reset (from checking the other forum posts)?

Hi

I have reset that for you, please remove the key, save the options, add it back and resave. If the message is still there in 24 hours or returns, please advise.

Hi

This didn’t seem to help. I was still seeing the message after the reset. I went ahead and used another license key instead and the message now went away.

Can you clarify is the current working licence key you are using beginning “b3e”?

I will delete and recreate the licence key not in use as something is obviously wrong with it.

No, the current one I am using starts with: d635. We are only using 3 out of 5 of our licenses at this point. It would be great if the key that starts with “ec40” can be reset to be used on another site at a later date. Thank you.

Thanks,

I recreated the one starting ec40 so its a different key now. I’ll mark this as resolved.
