Hi,
Is it possible to get the WP usermeta user_id into the attendee details list per attendee? And maybe autofill the question fields after the attendee has logged in?
Thanks for the info
Hi,
yes autofill was my second question, so fine, this would work.
And sorry, the first question was completely inaccurate, so I’ll try again:
I should get a unique key (in WP this would be the username, i think) per attendee in the attendee list, to be able to see which WP user attended which course, maybe by exporting the list into an Access database or to write it in the extended WP user profile (I thought I’d use the plugin “User Meta” for this).
So, does the add on “WP User Integration” provide the functionality to get the username?
Further explanation: We offer courses for students who inscribe for a PhD programme and who can inscribe for courses. So we need two things: a course administration with course display on frontend (probably Event Espresso) and a user administration with an extended user profile.
If the addon, doesn’t put in the username, maybe you have another idea how to get a overview per user with Event Espresso?
EE3’s WP User Integration addon provides a My events page (admin side, and it can be on the front end too), that displays the events the user registered for when logged in.
EE4’s WP User Integration addon doesn’t currently have that feature but it is something we will be adding in the future (no timescale on that currently).
EE4 does have a large number of filter and action hooks, so it might be possible to hook in and grab the data via a custom function/plugin.
