Don’t know why my discount codes won’t work. Getting a “Sorry, promotional code PARKER PEEPS is either invalid, expired, or can not be used for the event(s) you are applying it to” message. Need to get this fixed b/c this is the whole reason we bought the Event Espresso plugin in the first place. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello,
Have you edited the events where you wish this promo code to apply and set the “Allow discount codes?” option to YEs, and also ticked the discount codes you wish to use?

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level.

Hmmm well I’m still seeing it as not working. Only thing I can think of without seeing the admin is that there is a caching plugin causing an issue.
