Where i can edit the "Registration Not Approved" email text ?

Hi,
i check the message panel to edit the “Registration Not Approved” email.
I notice that this email is sent to the main Registrant where his registration is awaiting to approval.

A similar mail “Not approved Registration” is sent to the event admin to inform him that an approval is needing.

But in the messages board i can edit the second one but not the first one.

Someone can help ?
