What date is that person registered for?

Hi there, just working something through for my client. She gets the paypal notification of payment when a student registers for her course but it doesn’t give the date of course registered for anywhere. What do I need to do to have the notification include this information OR have an email sent to her from the site with the info. She would rather not have to login to wordpress to see that…

Hi Shane,

Are the attendees being marked as Complete in the Attendee Overview in the dashboard?

If so then the admin should be receiving an email from the system to advise that a new registration has occurred.

Are attendees receiving their emails? Has the admin checked the spam folder?
