We purchased the wrong license

Hello, We selected the wrong license when we signed up. We thought that version 4 had the same plugin options as 3 but we just finished developing our site and ran into some problems. Mostly I’m getting some pushback from potential clients about the ticketing. Mainly how to stop people from making copies, or needing access to their page to update blackout dates, etc.

What we realized is that we need your Ticketing Add-on and we had no clue that our version wouldn’t be compatible with that, after all we were purchasing your newest version. Obviously we didn’t read the fine details which is our fault. Is there anyway we can downgrade our license to get the plugin. It would really help us overcome our challenges. Also why did you release your newest version knowing it wasn’t compatible with all the plugins you offer. I don’t understand why I should I have to ‘downgrade’ to get a really important plugin I need.

Please contact our sales department on sales@eventespresso.com and they should be able to assist regarding the licence change.

In answer to your question about having EE4 released, the plugin is basically a new version of EE3 and even without addons, it provides a lot of functionality that EE3 simply cannot provide. We decided that some of our customer base could benefit from EE4 even without the addons. It also helped us to get real world feedback regarding the plugin’s features.
