View Full Order Confirmation Receipt not working

On the confirmation page, the View Full Order Confirmation Receipt button is not working. The link is https://crhnet.ca/?ee=msg_url_trigger&snd_msgr=html&gen_msgr=html&message_type=receipt&context=purchaser&token=1-51e7b3ee5e6d87a1267c7ab290e377dc&GRP_ID=13&id=25

Lower down on the page, the View Invoice link works – the link is very similar

Can you help me figure out what is wrong? If I just remove the option to click the View Full Order Confirmation Receipt by dragging Receipt to Inactive message type does it affect anything else or just this page.
