Can someone please assist asap as I need to launch my website tomorrow.
My website http://www.englishhound.com has an English version and a Korean version. My programmer tried to have the English version of Event Espresso linked to the website’s English version and the Korean version of Event Espresso (we input all the translations) linked to the website’s English version. But when someone tries to check out in Korean, as soon as they pick a ticket and hit “Register”, it reverts back to the English version. This is what he said (in italics below): Is there a solution to this?
The problem is that after selecting a number of students and clicking “Register” in the Korean version, you are taken back to the English version. (You can see the URL go from http://englishhound.com/KO/ to http://englishhound.com/). We need to find a way for Event Espresso to stay in Korean. It may or not be easy. I may need to edit core code which is never recommended. I will need to contact Event Espresso on the best way to handle this so it stays in Korean after selecting the number of students.
We have been in touch with John over email (last conversation reply was February 19th) and have advised that we do not currently support multi language sites, provided an explanation as to how EE3 and EE4 use language files and provided access to an older version of EE4.
