URGENT: cannot change the event from sold-out back to active

Hello,

On one of my events, the number of max attendees was 4 – and it’s sold out today. I want to add two more seats, so I increased the max # of tickets allowed to 6, and also the limit in the datetime to 6 as well. However I still don’t have an option to make the event active again, I can only make it pending review / draft / canceleled / postponed or sold out. How can I make this event active again?

The event shows as sold out in the table view but I think it still allows for registrations. However as people will see the “Sold Out”, nobody will click that button…

ok, solved the issue myself, just had to increase the max # of tickets allowed to 7, then the event became upcoming again, then I could reduce back to 6 and it stayed upcoming.
