I’m currently running EE3 with the Infusionsoft plugin.
1. If I upgrade to EE4 will I also need to upgrade the plugin?
2. Will I have to set everything up again, or will settings, etc. transfer to EE4?
3. If I have to upgrade to new Infusionsoft plugin, will settings transfer from old one, or will I have to set it up again?

1. Yes. EE4 is a completely different core system, so all add-ons had to be rewritten to interface with EE4. You will need to use the EE4 version of the IS add-on.
2. All your core event data, attendees, payment settings, etc, will be migrated. We’ve made every effort to make it seamless, however, you are advised to backup your database before hand, just in case.
3. I’m actually not sure about this one, but I believe there are only 2 or 3 fields in the EE3 IS settings. If they don’t transfer automagically, then you might have to copy them to a text file before performing the upgrade, then paste them back in.
I would deactivate EE3 and ALL EE3 add-ons, backup your db, then activate EE4, then the EE4 IS add-on.
