Updating to EE4 Pro (Everything License) via SFTP Client?

Hi,
Due to a strict security system (VPN+Firewall, etc) in place on my hosting account, I’m unable to complete the final upgrade to my EE4 Everything License via the auto update within the plugin. I have to do all updates manually via SFTP. How can I address this issue?

Nevermind. Found the place to download the core rather than trying to update the Decaf.
