Updating Espresso Members plugin and custom functions

I had this Cannot redeclare event_espresso_price_dropdown problem which I described here:

So I’ve modified my member_functions.php file on line 343. Now I’ve updated the Espresso Members plugin and had to uncomment that line again. Do I have to do after every plugin update or am I doing something wrong here?

Hi,

If you have modified a core file then yes any changes will be over written on update and you would need to redo them.

I will mark down that someone else needs price structures to be able to be modified on our feature request list.
