Updated license not showing on our WP instance! HELP!

Hi there,
We’ve just updated our license but it’s not showing on our WP instance. We need this to update as a matter of urgency; the event is on Monday.
Please can you assist asap?

Hi,

I reset your licence. Can you go to Event Espresso > General Settings and scroll to the bottom. Cut the licence key out, save, add it back and save. That should kick in the updates.

If not please advise.
