TXN_TICKETS_URL returns "critical error"

Hello. When we use [TXN_TICKETS_URL] or [TXN_TICKETS_APPROVED_URL] the url returns “There has been a critical error on this website.” weather the user is logged in or not logged in.

We have an open support token, so feel free to look there for login credentials. Thank you.

I believe there was an error on my test registrant. Disregard for the time being unless you’re aware of any common issues. We are continuing to test this functionality.
