Hi, I have purchased a personal license yesterday. After this I have only received a mail requesting me to sign up for this forum; which I have done. However I haven’t received any license key or upgrade instructions ?
I am sorry that something has not gone right here, it might be because you signed up to Event Espresso with a different email address.
The sales dept. is currently offline, so I can’t check with them about this. However if you can email in a copy of your purchase receipt to support at eventespresso dot com, with a link to this forum post, I will look at getting your account resolved ASAP for you.
Thanks for that, the account is set up for you now. I have forwarded some details on to the sales dept. so they may get in touch (mainly if I have not set it up right and it needs transferring). Otherwise your good to go.
