Hello. I use translation plugin codestyling-localization and translate to the my language (.po / .mo), but this plugin show me only event-espresso plugin, and not show other all addons (Plugin dont search addons text and I dont translate addons text). Me is all addons, how can I translate them? |
Event Espresso uses a single pair or PO/Mo files per language and these cover the core plugin and the add on plugins. So for example if the Ticketing Add on is installed and you have the language set to Norwegian you will see this http://d.pr/i/3mOb – no separate language files needed just the main two. So the language plugin is correct in only seeing Event Espresso. |

Hello Dean, Latvian language. Ok, but my plugin does not find the text which I translate, I only have the “Total 2257/2313” Example: plugins do not see the text – “a non-member price MUST be entered for each row, even if this is a member only event.”
2 example: not see – Allow GROUPON codes? |
Hi Aivars, Yes those two text strings are untranslatable! I will add a note to get them changed to translatable strings, but I cannot advise when that will be done. Thank you very much for advising us about them though. |
Sorry further to this, I was mistaken. Those strings are translatable so I am not sure why the plugin isnt picking up on them. I’ll do some further investigation. |
Right I see what you mean about the plugin not finding the add on plugins. The add on plugins will have all (unless we missed some) text as translatable. I think the problem here is that the add on plugins dont notify that they translation ready as they are bolt ons to the original plugin, so only that is shown. I don not believe we can do anything about that, sorry. If you are trying to sue the plugin to translate EE in order to get the PO/MO files for us, then we really need you to use GlotPress, did you sign up to be a translator? |
Thank you Dean, I now translate phrases for what I need, I was logged in with the username Aivars translate, but I still did not have a program. If yes of course we can arrange co-operation. |
Dean, look – Latvian issue translator has Aivars, it’s me. Only now I have this account(developer licence). Removes the account and mount the translator sign me here. But as I said – I can not promise the time. |
I will translate Espresso in my plugin as much as me need to start, and you’ll give po/mo file. You will be able to put in your GlotPress. |
No problem Aivars, translations take a while. You can actually search in Glotpress but it isnt obvious. See this image for a quick guide http://d.pr/i/USKk |
