Hi, I’ve manually added registrations to three events on my site, applying payment as cash. In one case everything look fine, but for two events the number of tickets sold seems to be twice the number of registrations.
For one event there have only been two registrations, those I manually added as a single sale of two tickets, yet four tickets are recorded as being sold. For another there have been 10 registrations – including two I manually added, but now 12 tickets are sold.
When I go to Registrations and Transactions there’s no record of the extra sales, but when I look at the information next to the tickets in the event page I see (for example) Sold 2 Reg 4. And the number of tickets remaining are reduced accordingly.
I can just change the total number of tickets available to account for the mystery sales, but it would be good to know what’s happening, and ideally get the numbers to match.
