I’ve tried register event from REST API, seems ticket number (REG_CODE) must include in the body, if I’m not set the REG_CODE, my ticket status in dasbboard is incomplete, when I enter any number, ticket status is approved.
And one more things, seems there’e no error when I try to entry same number for different ticket
my problem haven’t reply yet since december 5, 2021.
Is it out of topic in support license?
