I have followed the Ticketing Services Documentation up to the point where it says “navigate to Ticket Setting > Add New. Then follow these steps:”
Ticket Settings is not in my dashboard. I’ve checked file permissions and it’s set to 755. Here is the site:
The menu item should be Ticket Templates. You may need to refresh your screen after first installing the ticket add on to see this.
Have you checked that the ticketing addon has installed correctly and activated?
What version of Event Espresso, WordPress and the Ticketing add on are you using?
