Ticket selector, the Date and Time are missing

Hi there,
I just noticed that the Ticket Selector and the Date and Time are missing from the events. I can create a short code and add it to the event, it works for now but I need to fix this issue.

WP 5.3.2
EE 4.10.2P
Please help.

I just want to add that the venue is missing too!
