Thank you for helping us resolve our outstanding issue:
Editing the system default works for neither the “Global” nor the “Create New Custom” “Template In Use” action under EVENT ESPRESSO > EVENTS > XXX > “Notifications”. The “Message Type” for “Ticket Notice” assignment will not change from the system default.
If I am understanding correctly, you are trying assign a custom ticket to the event using the “Notifications” panel in the event editor (screenshot: http://www.screencast.com/t/AW0gFplCL), correct? Once you created the custom ticket notice, and select it in the “Notifications” panel, it is not staying selected upon save?
You’ve toggled my brain and I’ve fixed the issue! Many thanks for your help.
