I have purchased EventEspresso for a website I am building. An Obstacle Course race that is run every two months. Currently I have events set up for each race where people can register.
Is there anything available that will allow my to have a field where people can select a wave time (eg 9am 9.10am, 9.20am, etc) and have only a certain number of spots available and when those spots have been taken, have that wave crossed out?
Is such a thing possible with Event Espresso?

Hi Debbie,
We do have a time slot facility in the plugin, so users can select a time slot when choosing their ticket.
There is an experimental feature (it doesn’t work fully with group registrations) in the General Settings called: Use registration limits on time slots?.
If that setting is set to yes, then in the event you can set a limit for the number of tickets that can be sold. When the limit is up the time slot is removed from the list.
Please note that the maximum event capacity should be set and it should match the total time slot capacities otherwise users will still be able to register (e.g. 3 time slots, 10 capacity each, max should be set to 30)
