"This transaction cannot be accepted."

> Not a new installation nor a recent upgrade

When placing an online “order”, the error message received is “This transaction cannot be accepted”. I contacted both iPayment (processor) and authorize.net and they both say everything is fine on their end.

I’ve confirmed that the AIM settings are correct (login ID & Transaction key). I reset the transaction key as well.
