I am receiving an error message when I try an submit for payment. We are using uPay and TouchNet.

We’re sorry, this site is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

(uPay site id #23)

This is the first time I have ever received this type of error message. I have many uPay sites running.

I found the problem, I didn’t enable the site in TouchNet.
