Surcharge in payments.

We need to be able to apply a £5.00 surcharge at the final check out… although we can only see that the option is to apply to all events which is not what we want to do. Ideally we want this to have some logic behind it as it relates to the number of people associated to the event although do not believe that this is possible.

We run EE in a different way to most users although the principle is the same… the entry platform is http://sunshinetour.co.uk/events/sunshine-tour-entries/

In effect it is a single charge for the transaction…

We have an example of the process that we are looking to achieve which you can see at the site below… if you enter two different horse and rider names in separate entries it amends the first aid charge at the bottom of the page to reflect the additional entries.

Hi Danny,

The way EE is set up, the system you have outlined isn’t possible. You need a surcharge based on attendee, when our system places the surcharge on the ticket.

It *might* be possible to modify the total cost by filter or action hook, and some custom code, but a developer would need to look into it in depth.
