Support License Key Problems

I seem to be having problems with the Support License Key on my site. I have asked twice to have it reset, but I am still receiving the following message on my site, which is tnbli.com:

You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.

In my Event Espresso account, I have the correct website associated with the correct license key, and on my site, I have the correct license key, but it’s still not working. Any ideas?

Hi,

I have reset the licence key. If the issue reoccurs, advise us please and we can generate a new key.
