A user can select the event from the event schedule page, fill in the form and hit submit. Instead of taking to the payment page, it just dumps back to the schedule page. The user info is not recorded at all in the attendees list, even if I set it to send confirmation before payment. It also does not email the user.
From the debug log I get the following:
