Subdomain installation

I saw where you cannot install on a development site and move the license to the live site. I assume that development on a subdomain of a site could not be transferred to the main domain as well, is this correct?

Hi Darrell,

You can install Event Espresso on a development site, and you can indeed transfer it. However we do not recommend entering your licence key into the development site. The licence key is intended for the live production site only. This will mean that on your development site you will need to update the plugins manually.
