We’ve got a website with Event Espresso build in it. Our customers register on different events and the payment of those events will be deducted from the salaryslip. Customers have to choose ‘ok’in an electing box, built in the eventquestions, when signing up for an event.
the problem now is that we want the event marked as being payed (completed) and NOT incomplete of pending. That is a choice we cannot make in the admin dashboard part of event espresso…
How to do that, that’s the question I have for you… Please contact us as soon as possible…
I am assuming this is for EE4 based on your licence type.
In the event itself you can set the Default Registration Status to Approved.
This will mark the attendee as approved regardless of whether payment has been made or not.
However, it will not change the Transaction status. That can only be changed by either them paying, or by the administrator applying a payment in the admin area.
