Split: Support License not Working Properly

I have a similar problem. My license shows the correct domain, but is says: “A valid Support License Key is needed to enable automatic upgrades. Your current account does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.”

Domain is http://www.ridesmartcotaevents.info

I show a valid key on my account. Does it need to be reset or is it something else I may have configured wrong?

It may be a www difference. I went ahead and reset the key, give it a try now. (after you copy the new key into your EE install.
