Site License Key Issue again. Seriously….Really?

I am trying to update the plugin but it is telling me my site license key is correct but that I can only have event espresson installed on one domain. I DO only have it installed on ONE domain. I have run into so many damn issues with this software. Premium support, vip member, all for nothing. I am really tired of it. Updating a plugin is a basic thing. Free plugins do it everyday with no issue. Why is this very expensive plugin full of so many bugs and issues? I will be migrating my client off of event espresso eventually as we are both tired of dealing with something that works 50% of the time. Seriously, you need  to completely change the way this works. With pricing this high, it should be SEAMLESS and virtually FLAWLESS. I am over it. In the meantime, could you please fix whatever it is that NEVER lets me update.

Hi Jesse,

I am very sorry that you are having issues with Event Espresso, we do work very hard to make it as seamless and flawless as possible, but we know that it isn’t always achieved.

If you do have issues, that is where the support forum comes in, we are here to help and resolve problems as best as possible.

In respect to the licence key issue, we changed a lot of things with our update engine to resolve this and for the most part it has worked. However there are still some people that need a final key reset in order to get it working.

What I have done for you is to completely regenerate the key, as such you will need to remove the old key and save the options, and then grab the new key from your account page and add it in on your site.

That should resolve the update issues for you.

If you do have any more problems with it or anything else, just let us know and we will most certainly look into it for you.
